Well, after doing today’s workout, I fully understand the look you all give me when I say:
“Going into a drop set here”
“Only 5 more reps”
I promise I’m not trying to murder you.
But I do believe you’re capable of more than you give yourself credit for.
So that’s why I will push you out of your comfort zone when we can, and scale back when we need to.
If it gives you any comfort - I do these workouts too…. 🤝☠️

Taking care of yourself is hard. I can be the first one to tell you. But oh is it worth it.
The confidence & the strength, the quality of life that shoots up.
Put in the work - and you’ll reap the benefits. See EVERY aspect of your life get better.
You will need to make better decisions to make it work.
Going to bed earlier.
Clean up your eating.
Work on time management.
Face your emotions.
And these transfer into every aspect of your life, not just in the gym.

Welcome to my page 🙌
1️⃣Am I going to challenge you? Yes.
I expect you to work hard. You want results? Show me what you’re willing to do for them.
2️⃣Will I ask for extremes? No.
We all have a life outside the gym. I run a very busy business myself, and I understand that life gets overwhelming sometimes. But that doesn’t mean we give up on ourselves.
3️⃣You do not need to earn your food here.
No starvation diets. No “starting over Monday.” No punishment workouts because you enjoyed dinner with your family.
4️⃣We are building habits that last.
Not just for summer. Not just for a wedding. Not just until the number on the scale changes. I want you strong for life.
5️⃣I care about how you feel.
Confidence. Energy. Strength. Better sleep. Less pain. Feeling proud of yourself again. Those things matter too.
6️⃣This is a team effort.
I’ll guide you, support you, educate you and push you. But you still have to show up for yourself.

If you’re a women building health, strength or confidence right now - don’t just quit because it feels hard right now.
Some workouts suck.
Building new habits feels hard.
Starting over after setbacks, illness, children or hormonal changes feels hard.
But your body is amazing. And she adapts.
Your mindset is resilient, and will get stronger.
Your energy feels low now, but it will improve.
What feels difficult now can become your new normal with consistency.
Please - keep going. This uncomfortable part is where change happens.
