WELCOME TO THE EVOLVED TEAM SUMMER ☀️
You may start seeing Summer in both of our studios as she continues learning the Evolved method and begins coaching clients alongside our team.
Originally from Ireland, then Prince Edward Island, Summer now calls Calgary home. With a decade of experience in healthcare and a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and biology, she’s passionate about helping people build confidence through strength training—especially those who are just getting started. 💪🏼
Summer is excited to meet you, support you, and help you get stronger in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
Be sure to say hello when you see her around the studio! 👋🏼

Most people don’t think about strength when they’re carrying groceries, climbing stairs, lifting a suitcase, or catching themselves from a stumble…
Until one day... they do.
That’s why we don’t train for one workout—we train for all the moments outside the studio where strength quietly makes life easier. 💚
What are you training for? Let us know in the comments below ⬇️👇🏼

👀 We ask these questions because the goal isn’t to make fitness take over your life.
It’s to find a way of training that makes you stronger, fits your schedule, and is sustainable for years to come.
That’s why our workouts are just 15 minutes, 1–2 times per week. Short enough to fit into real life. Effective enough to keep you coming back!
Book your complimentary consultation and see how simple strength training can be.

Stampede is in full swing! 🤠
Between concerts, rodeos, pancake breakfasts, and long days, it’s easy to think your workouts have to take a back seat.
But here’s something our trainers never say:
“Just wait until Stampede is over.”
At Evolved, our workouts were designed with times like this in mind.
Just 15 minutes, 1–2 times a week is enough to help you maintain your strength and keep your routine going—without missing out on the fun.
Because strength training shouldn’t compete with your life. It should fit into it.
Enjoy the rest of Stampede, and if you’re heading to the grounds, have fun—we’ll help you stay strong for it all. 💪🤠

Stepping into Week 4️⃣ of our June Step Challenge! Sharing some of our trainers favorite ways to get their steps in:
Kaley ➡️ walking with her sweet pup Winston, or hitting the golf course
Mark ➡️ walking around our fantastic neighborhood
Alanna ➡️ sneaking in steps between clients in or enjoying nature in Griffith Woods Park
Chantal ➡️ chasing after her girls while they cycle or walking around the Zoo
Helena ➡️ running to get those steps in, as the weather hasn’t been in her favour to hike
Are you upping your steps for week 4? Let us know how in the comments below 👇
