What does evolving mean to me? It means taking imperfect actions everyday. The time will never be right to start, but it doesn’t have to be. There is no rush, evolving into the next version of yourself takes time. So be patient. Everyday we are presented with the option to continue on the path towards evolving or remain the same. If you choose to remain the same you will be presented with the same challenges, the same routine, the same storms. Only until you choose to learn from these experiences can continue forward. Are you ready to start evolving?

PROTEIN ICE CREAM REVIEW🍦// Can ice cream really be guilt free while keeping the flavour?

- I put this awesome protein-packed ice cream to the test. Not only did this bad boy surpass my expectations BUT I bought it for under $5 at WALMART!! Normally protein-packed ice creams can run a much higher cost and can be extremely hard to source out. Cool Whey does an excellent job at blending the protein into the ice cream without leaving a chalky texture in your mouth. At only 80 calories per 125ml (just over half a cup), you won’t have to feel the guilt of having a few extra bites... or even a cup for that matter! One of my favourite Ben and Jerry's ice cream’s (chocolate chip cookie dough) has 270 calories per 125lm. Now I always preach my golden rule. Your diet should consist of 80% healthy items and 20% indulgent. Life is all about finding the balance! If you have that itch for ice cream and you are going to cheat anyways, pick this one up at Walmart!

Good music is a KEY component of an awesome workout! Everyone has their go-to songs that gets you “in the zone”. We associate certain songs with memories, often relating to the context in which we originally heard them. Channeling that memory or even just the emotion of the singer can boosts the motivational power of the song, and has been shown to improve physical performance. Find your STRENGTH. It’s OKAY to be a work in progress. After all every masterpiece takes time. For myself, fitness has provided me the confidence to believe and achieve every one of my goals in life. Not because I don’t get scared, but because I am willing to work towards my dreams everyday.Once I set a goal, I do every thing in my power to achieve it, no matter how small the steps I may take.It may not be easy, but the journey is well worth it. Nothing in life makes me prouder than working hard to slay my goals. My motivation is deeply seeded in the belief that with hard work, determination, time, and sweat you can achieve anything. What are your fitness/nutrition goals?
Setting attainable goals is so important in any walk of life, especially when it comes to healthy living and the lifestyle that comes with it. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing; you can still live your life and enjoy the sweeter things (pun intended)... it’s all about moderation.
