You don't need more discipline.
Most of the people I work with have plenty of discipline.
They're successful.
They're capable.
They're getting things done.
But they're exhausted.
They're overthinking simple decisions.
Reading the same email three times.
Losing hours to distraction.
Lying in bed tired but unable to switch off.
And because they're still performing, they assume they're fine.
They're not fine.
They're burning energy in places they don't realize.
That's why I start with a time and energy audit.
Before we change anything, we figure out where your time and energy are actually going.
Because once you see the leaks, everything starts making a lot more sense.

I burned out at 24.
Dream job. Dream city. Everything I'd worked toward and I was falling apart from the inside.
I was doing everything right. So I pushed harder. That was the worst thing I could have done.
It wasn't overnight. It was years of absorbing pressure, overriding my body, and performing at a high level while everything underneath was breaking down. Anxiety. Chronic stress. IBS. Overthinking that never stopped.
I thought the answer was more discipline. It wasn't.
So I quit. Moved back home. And stopped trying to fake my way out of it.
I signed up for a 10-day silent meditation course. No phone. No conversation. No escape from my own mind. I didn't go because I believed in it. I went because I was out of options.
And for the first time I started understanding my mind. Not managing it. Understanding it.
I didn't have a mindset problem. I had a nervous system problem.
8 years later I work with leaders, founders, and high performers across some of the world's most demanding environments. Different people. Different industries. Same pattern underneath.
High functioning on the outside. Overloaded and running on empty on the inside.
They don't need more discipline or a better morning routine. They need to understand their nervous system because your nervous system is your operating system. It drives how you think, lead, sleep, and make decisions.
If you're succeeding on the outside and exhausted on the inside, you're in the right place.
Follow if you're ready to do something about it.
