After nearly 5 years at One For All Fitness, we’ve finally had enough. 😂

The reason? He’s simply TOO GOOD AT HIS JOB! 💪

Apparently, making members stronger, pushing them past their limits, and actually getting RESULTS is unacceptable around here. 🤣

Unfortunately, Marlon is also incredibly hard to tolerate… especially when he’s telling you to do ONE MORE REP! 😤😂

All jokes aside, Marlon has been part of the One For All Fitness family for nearly 5 years. He’s an incredible trainer, genuinely cares about his clients, and knows how to get results.

✨ Please REMOVE ALL FOOTWEAR left at the entrance! ✨ We’re doing this to keep our space safe, tidy, and welcoming for everyone. A clear entrance means no tripping hazards and a more enjoyable experience for all! 💪✨

💼 But wait, we’ve got your back! If you’re worried about forgetting your shoes, we offer lockers for rent! Stash your gear and focus on what really matters – your workout! 🏋️‍♀️❤️

⏳ Remember, any footwear left unattended for 24 HOURS after February 1st will be considered abandoned and sent to the donation bin!
