The Cedarbrae Community Centre will be hosting a 2-day Christmas Market and Bake Sale event November 21st and 22nd, 2026.
Currently we are accepting New Vendor Registration. Returning Vendors are current at 60% of the registration capacity.

Plans for the market include:
The vendor area showcasing all of the amazing vendors who will be joining us that were at the successful markets in 2025, the spring market of 2026 and all new vendors
Santa's workshop - arts and crafts and photos opportunities
Bake Sale with our Seniors group
Concession - items we are looking to include soup or chili meal, veggies and dip, festive cookies plus the regulars like coffee, tea, hot chocolate water, and chips/popcorn
Skating and Firepits at our outdoor rink (weather permitting)
Door Prize draws

As a vendor you will have the option to choose to attend both days or just Saturday or just Sunday. If you choose both days, there will be no need (unless you choose) to take down your area over night.

Move in options include Friday evening (8-10pm), Saturday morning (7:30-9:45am), Saturday evening (5:30-7:30pm) or Sunday morning (7:30-9:45am)

Each vendor will receive a vendor package, social media information and assistance(if needed) anytime during the 2 day event.

We ask that if you bringing additional display items or need a wall space for display, please indicate on the application. Approval for the displays or wall space will be based on a per vendor request

Recently we have found that vendors are bringing items to sell that were not part of the original application, causing a few issues with multiple vendors selling the same or very similar items. Joyce and I ask if do plan to add items for sale that were not on the original application, please contact us prior to the event for approval. Items that were not approved during the selection process will be required to be removed from your table.

Each vendor is asked to apply for the market. If we do receive applications for 2 vendors on the same application, the application will be denied and the person(s)advised.

If you are selling any food products, please ensure that you are AHS compliant and that you are aware no food prep can be done on site.

Due to upgrading the tables at the Centre, currently we only have 6-foot tables available.

Saturday or Sunday only:
1 - 6 Foot Table $35
2 - 6 Foot Tables $60

Both Days:
1 - 6 Foot Table $65
2 - 6 Foot Tables $110

Power - Limited number of outlets are available - $15

Once you have been confirmed by email as a vendor, you will receive an invoice from the community centre. Payment is due by October 1st, 2026
If you need to make arrangements with the payment date, please reach out prior to September 15th.

Your Community Centre, what’s going on over there?
The Cedarbrae Community Centre, that big building in the middle of the neighbourhood, everybody drives or walks by regularly, but what’s really happening in there? Many Cedarbrae residents haven’t yet come in to check it out and don’t know all the many events programs and activities going on.
There’s a gym, event rooms for rent, offices, a $1 book sale, community garden beds for the summer and a rink for the winter. There a super active senior’s group, all manner of classes, Girl Guides, ball hockey, volleyball, basketball, dance classes, sport for the blind, community evens large and small and of course, daily sessions of our pickleball program.
If none of those options interest you, maybe you’d like to pop in and check out our current volunteer opportunities, or just stop in to say ‘hello’! Some residents use us as a public place for meeting up for things like Facebook Marketplace transactions, some to run into when their child needs a washroom, right now! It’s the neighbourhood place to participate in a blood drive, election, Community Clean-up or celebration. It belongs to all of Cedarbrae, that’s you too!
Ultimately what’s going on at a Community Centre is up to the residents of that Community. The more involved the people of Cedarbrae are in our community, the more active our Centre will be. It’s your building Cedarbrae, get involved so we can make sure it’s a building filled with purpose and a strong representation of what we want our neighbourhood to be.
