How to make Eating in a Calorie Defecit 100x Easier!👇🏼
1️⃣ Intermittent Fasting - helps reduce mindless eating. 5 years back, I used to crush a whole bag of Doritos while binge watching shows without even realizing it. Intermittent fasting gave my day structure and helped break that habit. I stopped eating just because I was bored.
2️⃣ Always have gum in my pocket - if you ever ask me for gum, you’ll have to choose between the many flavours I carry. It’s always based on what I’m craving for😋
3️⃣ Keep food out of my eye site - If I don’t see it, I don’t eat it.
4️⃣ Pre-determined meals - before I start my day, I’ll predetermine and track food before I even get out of bed.
5️⃣ Staying hydrated - before I eat a meal, I’ll drink a whole glass of water as thirst is often mistaken for hunger

Just came back from a Roadtrip and I wasn’t going to hold back on eating delicious car snacks & ordering sugary desserts just because I’m on a diet. We are only human and sometimes mistakes happen (but this was intentional 😋).
But when eating a large amount of sugar, our blood sugar will start to spike and our bodies will react by releasing insulin to lower it to a safe level. High insulin can bring our blood sugar down which is why sometimes you may feel tired & hungry the next day.
Eating plenty of protein & fibre-rich foods will help stabilize your blood sugar levels & make your body happy🥰

Daily supplement I take while in a Calorie deficit👇🏼
Supplements aren’t always necessary during a calorie deficit but these are so necessary for me to feel my personal best.
While many of these don’t directory “aid” in a deficit, lowering your caloric intake can inadvertently reduce your intake of essential vitamins & minerals, so it’s so important to make make sure your body is well equipped with all the important nutrients it needs🫶🏼
