Food is fuel.
And when you train hard consistently, you building muscle mass. When you build muscle mass your body needs more fuel.
After 10+ years in the gym my body requires more food so I can afford to eat that entire loaf of bread because I need it 😉

You can justify staying the same, or you can do what it takes to change.
“I’ll start when life calms down”
“I don’t have enough time”
And while those reasons might feel valid, they don’t move you any closer to where you want to be.
The women who transform their bodies aren’t the ones with perfect schedules. They’re the ones who stop waiting for perfect conditions and start doing what they can with the time and resources they have right now.
Maybe that means a 20-minute workout instead of an hour.
