It is a little hard to keep my running routine while enjoying family time but I am doing my best to keep it and being involved in my family’s fitness activities which I have enjoyed a lot!! So great time running my 10k today with warmer weather and beautiful sun ☀️ reaching Manhattan beach pier.

Every running is unique and it’s full of learnings. It was cold and my stomach was still full by time of my running but after 3rd KM felt a little better. Last time, I tied my shoes so tight that I injured my self 😳 (Morton's neuroma).Today I paid more attention to it hopefully I will recover soon.

After long time off tired busy but still working to reach my goals, today breaking my last 12k pace on treadmill feels great. It wasn’t easy but I felt the power to push myself into a next level.

Hoy es Domingo !! Today is Sunday so great fully blessed.The secret today was focused stretching of hip, hamstring and specifically my right gluteus that was painful before my running. Don't forget to stretch after running!! also very important.

I surprised my body and broke the comfort zone and routine adaptation. I started with 20min elliptical training and then my running increasing my stamina in order to be prepared for my suddenly pace increase for my 8K. I am So happy to feel almost recovered doing Mae geri with my right leg again! 😇
