Whether you’re brand new and picking up a PVC pipe for the first time or looking to refine your form without hurting your joints, this class gives you the exact tools to build power and confidence safely.
What to expect:
* Zero Intimidation: Learn step-by-step using dowels, light technique bars, or manageable loads.
* Physio-Guided Coaching: Get technical instruction tailored to your unique anatomy and joint health.
