Always wanted to try Olympic weightlifting, but felt intimidated to start? You’re not alone. 🏋️‍♂️

The Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk can look fast and complex, but mastering them isn’t about heavy weight or brute force—it starts with simple movement science, joint mobility, and good mechanics.

What to expect:

* Zero Intimidation: Learn step-by-step using dowels, light technique bars, or manageable loads.
* Physio-Guided Coaching: Get technical instruction tailored to your unique anatomy and joint health.
* Mobility Drills: Targeted work to open up your ankles, hips, and shoulders for overhead stability and deeper squats.
* Supportive Environment: A space built for asking questions, learning mechanics, and progressing at your own pace.

Rain or shine, the Move to Move team shows up, steps up, and has a blast doing it! 🌧️⛰️🥏

We recently gathered for our staff day, and it perfectly captured what makes this team so special. Half of us tackled the steep, challenging trek up Grassi K**b for those incredible summit vistas, while the other crew held down the fort with an epic (and competitive!) round of disc golf. We wrapped it all up the only way we know how—with a backyard BBQ and a lot of laughs.

As owners, we say it all the time, but we truly believe we have one of the most talented, dedicated teams out there. Your track record for looking after the Calgary community is second to none, but seeing how well you all work and play together is what makes us most proud.

Huge gratitude to this amazing family. Thanks for bringing the energy, no matter the weather!
