Apologies for no video last week. Work has been very busy (no complaints) and I have needed to recharge in my downtime vs spending as much time on editing. Hockey for me is slowing down given the time of year, but I have a bunch of skates to edit so there will be more videos to come for this season. Golf season is also starting (if it ever stops snowing 🌨 here in Calgary) so maybe we will mix in some fun golf content too 😊

Chartered Accountants 🧮 - Mic'd Up Goalie No. 68 🎤

Happy Wednesday and/or hump day 🐪.

This video is from a game in the Calgary Chartered Accountants Hockey League. I am not an Accountant, but I know a few (everyone should know at least one) and was filling in. Some people have asked me for game scores in the past, this was a 9-5 W. Given this is a highlight video (and heavily intended to make people laugh and smile), I can't show all the saves or all the goals in ~90 seconds, but what I have tried to do is show saves/goals reflective of my save %, 13 saves in this video on 15 chances.

Meetings 👹 - Mic'd Up Goalie No. 63 🎤

Last weeks video has received a lot of love, and has seemingly brought new people to my channels. I am quite frankly speechless, which is rare. I hope to keep you all laughing, smiling and seeing how fun hockey (and the position of goalie) can be. This next episode is from a Sunday morning ice time that I have been attending more recently. A really fun, good group of people. The youngest player out here is 15 and the oldest is the other goalie who is in his 70's. I can only hope I am still strapping on the pads at that age.

Right in the ... 🐦‍⬛ - Mic'd Up Goalie No. 62 🎤

Hello everyone, it has been a little over 2 weeks since my last video. I have also not been interacting as much as normal/as I would like. I apologize, life has been a little wild. My 93 year old Grandma gave everyone a scare 12 days ago, taking a tumble, resulting in 22 head stitches and a broken hand. She is tough and is on the mend after being in hospital for 11 days. I have also had 2 ice times in the last few weeks where my camera and mic system were not operational (it was user error/me forgetting important "pieces"). As my personal life "normalizes", I hope to get back to making consistent videos while the winter season lasts.

My favorite Ren & Stimpy episode "Superstitious Stimpy" has had me superstitious about Tuesday The 17th since I was 8 years old. The episode serves as a parody of Friday the 13th. Happy Friday The 13th! This video is from a rare "game". I played for these guys last season and we won the league, this season I could not commit to any teams due to my schedule. I was just filling in here, but it is always nice to play in games from time to time, especially because they have refs that I can pester with my bad jokes 🤣.
