The goal is to raise boys who become leaders under Jesus.
Men who know Jesus.
Men who bring everything to Jesus.
Men who connect with Him daily through prayer.
Men who obey His Word.
Men who lead through love and service.
One day, if God gives them a wife and children, they can help lead their families toward Jesus—not only through their words, but through the way they live.
Biblical leadership means serving, protecting, listening, praying, and going first in obedience.
It never means controlling his wife or children.
He prays with his family.
He admits when he is wrong.
He forgives quickly.
He remains faithful.
He listens with humility.
He serves without needing praise.
He brings both victories and struggles to Jesus.
A man cannot lead his family somewhere he refuses to go himself.
FOLLOW JESUS → LEAD YOURSELF → SERVE YOUR FAMILY → BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION
Teach the boy to walk with Jesus today, so he knows how to help his family walk with Jesus tomorrow.
Leadership begins on his knees.
