COFFEE & MEALS // Fresh coffee ☕️, snack attacks, and soon-to-arrive healthy meals? Our Community Cafe is basically becoming the MVP of member perks.

Swing by for a coffee, grab a snack, and enjoy a little pick-me-up while you work, connect, or pretend you’re “just stopping in for one minute.” And coming soon: meals from Fit Kitchen because big dreams require good fuel.

It’s convenient, it’s cozy, and it’s one more reason being a member here is kind of a big deal. Honestly, your membership is just showing off now.

MOM FIT // I’ll never forget my first 3 months of maternity leave with my first baby. I went for lunch with friends and told them I was lonely. It was hard to imagine that being with your precious new baby could be lonely. One of my friends told me to join a mom and babies class and gave me some suggestions. That one piece of advice COMPLETELY changed the trajectory of my life.

After trying multiple classes, I had found a small gym (that small gym is mine now!) that had a Moms class where you could bring your littles of all ages. I had two kids by then and they stayed in a gated area where they could see me working out. They became part of the ‘gate kids’ that all watched their moms while we worked out and it became part of our daily routine and they still continue to have friendships with those kids today.

I want every mom to have ‘gate kids’ who watch their mom workout, who watch their mom make time for themself, who learned that working out is part of their day, who then make fitness a part of their own life.

This is why we’re bringing back the Moms class; INTRODUCING MOM FIT. For all moms who want to feel strong, supported, and do one thing for themselves without arranging a military-grade childcare plan. Our program is ran by experienced coaches so you’re in expert hands every step, squat, and stretch of the way.

The best part? Babies and toddlers of all ages are welcome so they can mimic you and watch you take care of yourself just like mine did. So bring your little sidekick and join a community of moms who lift each other up - sometimes emotionally, sometimes literally when someone’s holding a baby between sets.

Fitness for moms. Friendly for kids. This is why we created MOM FIT. A class for you to create your own future gym besties just like I did.

COMMUNITY > LIFE // Water, oxygen, coffee, a community that becomes a support system, comedy club, hype squad, and friends saying “you got this” while also roasting you just enough to keep you humble.

What more could a person need??

GIRLS IN SPORT // While we think it’s chic to be strong, the real truth is that 1 in 3 girls leave sport by adolescence compared to teenage boys (aged 16-18 is only 1 in 10). Sport participation rates for Canadian girls decline steadily from childhood to adolescence with as many as 62% of girls not playing sport at all.

In fact, only 18% of women aged 16-63 years stay involved in sport. This is why we created women 🏃🏻‍♀️ and girl 👧🏼 focused programs. It’s important that we change this for us and the next generation.

SHE Strong, GIRL Fit, and Breathe are available now with MOM Fit coming soon! Check out our link.

EVENT ALERT : STRONG WOMEN. STRONGER TOGETHER. // This isn’t just a competition — it’s a celebration of what happens when women show up for each other, for sport, and for our community.

Every rep, every lift, every finish line crossed is proof that women belong in every corner of fitness — sweating, cheering, competing, and lifting each other up (literally and figuratively). 🏋️‍♀️

And the best part? Money raised from every team entry goes back into the community we call home. Because when women rise, our whole community rises with us.

Come compete. Come cheer. Come be part of something bigger than a workout.
This is for every woman who’s ever been told she couldn’t — and did it anyway. 🔥

Let’s move. Let’s give. Let’s show up. Together.

NEW UNLIMITED+ // where “Unlimited” doesn’t just mean Unlimited classes. It means unlimited coffee too. ☕✨

Yes, you read that right. Sweat it out, then sip it up — on the house. ☕️
Because let’s be honest: Unlimited workouts? Amazing.
Free coffee after? Life-changing. 🧾 Paying for both separately? We don’t do that here anymore.

Oh, and it includes RUN Club… just in case you were wondering.

Come for the fitness. Stay for the free espresso.

WOMEN FOCUSED PROGRAMS // Our programs are designed to help women and girls build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness in supportive, encouraging spaces. We focus on movement, skill development, and feeling strong - not just physically, but mentally too - so every participant can train in a way that feels empowering, inclusive, and sustainable.

We’re not small men — we’re stronger, smell better, and finally have a gym that gets it because strong women aren’t built in a day…but they ARE built here.

IT’S GETTING HOT OUT 🔥 // It’s summer, and the gym — a large cube full of sweating people — is warm. Betty wants to give you tips on how to survive it because you’ll be sweating from more than your paws 🐾

💧 Hydrate BEFORE class. Chugging half a gallon between rounds of thrusters is not “hydrating,” it’s “preparing to see your lunch again.”
🧂 Electrolytes exist. That white crust on your shirt? That’s salt leaving your body. Put some back in. Plain water alone is just a rumour of hydration.
⏰ The early classes are there. You could train in the coolest part of the day, or you could pick 5 PM, when the gym is basically a pizza oven.
📉 Scale. The. Workout. We know, we know — but no one will remember while they’re baking in their own oven. Heat is extra intensity you didn’t sign up for, so drop the weight and live to PR another day.
🛑 Dizzy? Chills? Goosebumps in 90-degree heat? That’s not “pushing through,” that’s your body filing a formal complaint. Stop and tell a coach. Heat stroke is not a badge of honour.
❄️ Cool down like an adult. Walking straight from the final rep to your sun-baked car is a choice. A bad one. Shade, fluids, then leave.

Be smart. Be salty (literally).
