Congratulations to last week’s Spirit of the Week, Kristen Cousins! Kristen demonstrated outstanding effort on the field and was a strong, reliable player who distributed and carried the ball with confidence. Focused minds, sharp sticks, and steady progress. 🏑✨ Our U16 athletes put in the work today with a strong emphasis on focus, skill development, and building confidence on the turf. Every rep counts, and every session helps raise the level of play.

Big smiles and big energy at our Funstix session! 🏑✨ Our U10/U8 players worked on the basics, built confidence, and had a blast on the turf. It’s always great seeing young athletes learn, grow, and enjoy the game together.
