Boho Kids Yoga

Hello all! I have been busy brain storming some ideas for summer! I want to start up an outdoor kids yoga hour at centre park. I can teach a class to your kids while moms and dads work out with the out door fitness equipment. Would anyone be interested in that?

Also there is a possibility for a 2-4 hour Thursday/ Friday Yoga camp through out July and August. Is there any interest in that as well?

Hi everyone! I've been looking for a regular space to have kids yoga and it's coming along slowly. On the plus side Boho Kids Yoga will be having a 2 day yoga adventure during spring break and there will be a 2 day/ 3 week long yoga camps in July and August! I will post more details shortly.

Due to a scheduling conflict at the hall I will be rescheduling kids yoga classes. Please stay tuned for the new information! Those who have paid already will receive a refund.

Hi everyone! I wanted to go over my current plan with you guys and see how much interest there is for the times that I can possibly get at Scouts Hall. I am hoping to do a Mom and Tot( kids ages 2-5) yoga class on Saturday morning 9-10 am for 4 weeks to start. Jan 23, 30, Feb 6 and 13th. Also a kids yoga class ( Ages 6-10) from 10:30-11:30am on those Saturdays as well. If you are interested please message me or drop me a note!
