.C. Expressia with 19 years of experience coaching high performance provincial and national level athletes. Her creative choreography has awarded her wtih 12 consecutive gold medals at various Canadian and Internationl competitions for best floor routine choreography. such as Elite Canada 2001-2012, Elite Gym Massilia in Marseilles, France in 2011 and at London Prepares Olympic Qualifier in 2012 with Victoria Moors' floor routine. Luda is NCCP Level 3 certified and received her Teacher/Coach of Sport Diploma (honors) at Donetsk College of the Olympic Reserve. She also attained a degree in Biochemistry of Sports from the Donetsk National University, Ukraine in addition to a Master of Sport Degree in the USSR. Luda was the 1990 Ukranian Rhythmic Champion as well as 8 time silver and 8 time bronze medalist. She competed internationally for the USSR National Junior Team.
