Hi Everyone. Sorry No Yoga this Wednesday July 5th. The Hall is rented out for a special event.

Hi Everyone!
Starting tomorrow May 17, new class hours are:
Wednesday Morning Hatha
11a - 12:10p (1 hr 10 mins)

Yin/Restorative Yoga
12:30p - 1:30p. (1 hr)

The price is now $10 for 1 class or $15 to do both.
(I don’t want to hassle with passes so I’m making it the same deal for one class as it would be on a 20 class pass)

Sorry everyone. There no way to park at the Hall today. Everything is snowed in. Classes cancelled today.

I am happy to announce I will be teaching Two 90 minute classes on Wednesdays at the Willow Point Hall. 2165 South Island Highway. Starting Sept. 21st.

11:00 AM Hatha Yoga - A warming, moving, gentle flow through the muscles.

1:00 PM Yin Yoga - A lengthening release of the connective tissues.

Class price is $20
All old passes will be honoured.
Please bring your own props.
Some loaner Mats and Blocks will be available.
