Saturday Morning Cardio Class

A little track work to start our day.

Lap One - Walk
Lap Two - Burpees
Lap Three - Walking Lunges
Lap Four - Bear Crawl (injuries happened on this one 😂)
Lap Five - Run
Lap Six - Walk

We all crushed it! Never say it's too hard or I can't, because yesterday, these fine folks proved that to be false!! 👏

The ladies killed it today!! 😊
