Expect a strength-focused workout built on classical Pilates foundations with a modern twist. Youβll move through dynamic flows that challenge your core, improve balance, build strength, and leave you feeling energized and accomplished.

These classes are incredibly popular! Booking opens 2 weeks in advance, so we recommend reserving your spot as soon as registration opens. If the class is full, donβt be discouraged - join the waitlist! Plans change all the time, and members are frequently moved into the class from the waitlist.
