Sue and Alexis had a very busy morning with tons of action boating a nice mix of fish. Always a fun day when we get to fish together🎣
Chinook retention opened today and the Coho are back in great numbers😃

The 2024 salmon fishing season is starting off with a bang! Sylvia Layton from Campbell River returned again with her mom & dad visiting from the UK. Good action was had with nice sized Chinook caught up in the inlets where it’s been consistently producing quality fish.Fishing in front of town is heating up as well with Coho showing up in recent days in great numbers. Should be another phenomenal season of salmon fishing in Campbell River👊

Lots of big fish around, the boys put the coals to ‘em & landed some beauties🤘🎣 Always a good time having such a great crew on board, nice work guys!!!

The stoke is high around here🤘 Rob Cales with his beauty 34 pound Chinook!!! Impressive skills on the rod and determination came through to land this slab👊

It’s been a hot week with great fishing/catching around Campbell River!!! We have Coho around in great numbers with lots of hatchery marked fish to take home and enjoy. This coming weekend is the opening for Chinook retention around the South Coast, should be a blockbuster summer for salmon fishing, see you out there🎣

The 2023 salmon fishing season is in full swing with some great catches being had both locally and up the mainland Inlets where Chinook retention is currently open. It’s shaping up to be a stellar year for great action & nice phat fish!!!

It’s shaping up to be a great September! We’re still picking up some nice phat Chinook and DFO opened up wild Coho retention for this month. Good action, great weather and many happy fisherman🎣

Johnny Adams from Campbell River had so much fun fishing with his family last week that he rebooked with his posse for another day of action. We finished strong with a double header of fat Chinook to top up the tank👊
