Join us for our 4-week progressive challenge designed to help women. This class is formatted to build a lean body giving you curves, shape and all over tone without the bulk. You’ll work toward a toned upper body, a flat defined stomach, tight shapely legs, and of course round glutes. This class will also incorporate warm-ups and cooldowns focusing on yoga inspired flexibility and strengthening exercises.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
I AM F.I.T. is our 4 week progressive challenge designed to help women. This class is formatted to build a lean body, giving you curves, shape and all over tone without the bulk. A toned upper body, a flat defined stomach, tight shapely legs, and of course round glutes. This class will also incorporate warm-ups and cool downs focusing on yoga inspired flexibility and strengthening exercises.

TO REGISTER
Space is limited. You do not need a membership to join. Stop into Club Fitness during our staffed hours.

Staffed Hours are;
Monday-Friday 9am-7pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
Sunday 12-5pm
