🥋 Happy Father’s Day from Pure Martial Arts & Fitness 🥋
Today we celebrate all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who lead by example both on and off the mats.
Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the lessons you teach, and the strength, discipline, and integrity you pass on to the next generation.
In martial arts, we often talk about respect, perseverance, and courage—qualities that so many fathers demonstrate every day through their actions.
To all the dads who train with us, support their children’s journeys, volunteer at events, cheer from the sidelines, and help build our martial arts family, we appreciate you.

We just wanted to take a moment to recognize for her hard work and dedication.
She recently competed at Grappling Industries for BJJ and No-Gi, and this past weekend for Kickboxing at the Can Am International Championships.
She performed incredibly well at both, and fought hard. We are very proud.

Win or lose… this is what it’s all about. 👊
Last night, Jake Doney and Jayce Cramb stepped into the ring and fought their hearts out.
They didn’t get the decision—but that doesn’t define what they showed.
It takes courage to step in.
It takes discipline to prepare.
And it takes character to push forward when it’s not going your way.
Both of these young athletes represented our team with heart, grit, and respect. That’s something to be proud of.
We don’t measure success only by wins—we measure it by growth, by effort, and by the willingness to keep showing up.
This is just part of the journey… and we’re proud of you both. 🙏🔥
