Starting Jan 19th I want to spend some time getting to know my clients and help each individual prepare for success!!! It's important for me to know what struggles my clients have so I can tailor the routines.

We will be training Monday/Wednesday/Thursday @ 5:30-7PM

✨️ What an incredible journey the last while has been!!! ✨
πŸ‘‡ Here's a look into why I've been absent, if you care to read;️

Just over a year ago I ended up with a horrible health crisis that landed me in the hospital.
It took everything in me to fight for my life and to be alive today! When I was finally released from the hospital, I could barely walk or take care of myself.

The complications had completely destroyed my core, torn it apart, my organs were barely functioning and everything else in-between.

Surgery was discussed, which I agreed to only one of them.
I knew there had to be another answer besides being put under again and having another surgery that would cause more complications!

I had been in school for awhile and just finished a more in depth Personal Training certification at this time and was so excited to get my gym rolling again... but clearly my health had another plan.

Laying in bed a few weeks after coming home from the hospital I couldn't take it anymore. I had to do something, I refused to believe this was the end of my story. There was no way I had come this far and put in all these years into the fitness & health career for this to take me out.

So, I researched. I found another course for a certification that dove into bodily traumas and injuries.
I also linked up with my amazing athletic therapist Ashley, who, I cannot give enough credit to and am now in close contact for support with my own clients.

Let me tell you... the excruciating pain I endured while correcting this, is something I would never wish upon anyone. I worked day in, day out, with such extreme miniscule amounts of progress. So many tears down my face each week.

On days I needed to rest my body, I worked out my brain, continously diving deeper and deeper into school and learning everything I could.

Then... one day, amongst it all, I stepped onto my treadmill for the first time in what felt like years.
One foot in front of the other.
The extreme sharp pains that crashed through my core at that moment could of put down an elephant; but I was determined. I had, had enough!
So I kept going. Made it 5 whole minutes, non stop. I continued this 4x a week. Pushing myself more and more.

I could ramble on and on.

At the end of it, I have gained so much new knowledge, defeated odds and have become physically stronger than I have ever been!

No surgery. I naturally healed myself.

So yes, I've been gone awhile. The last few years of my life have been the biggest challenge yet; if you know me and my story... that's saying something.

I stand before you all, not 100% but ready to take back my life and be the support others need in their journey!

Seeing these progress pictures last week was astonishing!! It proves what the human body CAN do for itself when the brain overcomes the challenges.

Here's what I'm eating lately! πŸ₯£

I'm currently not weighing or counting calories, just making sure my meals are full of the goods and following the "hand size" rule for intake and basic knowledge that I'm always willing to chat about!

✨️ Food should be a delight to your eyes and belly! Of course we all have different goals and sometimes we have to tighten up some loose ends, but we first need to build a baseline so we don't yo-yo!
