These last few months have been some of the most amazing, grueling, exhausting, but rewarding times I have experienced. But I survived, made new friends, and I feel stronger than ever. 💪😀
Thank you to my family and friends who supported and encouraged me to keep going. 😍 Spray day, scenarios, and the multitude of tests made stronger mentally and physically.

Tiff is a very strong and Brilliant Woman! We are in a foundation stage right now and will soon transition into a build/strength phase.
We have been working together 2x a week for the last 3 weeks and she has improved so much! Body awareness, core activation, and NO low back pain have been our #1 targets.

Headed back to Sask for a surprise appearance for my dad's 65th Birthday and a little TLC. This has been the 1st time since moving to Alberta that I have seen my beautiful friend.
What a day! Mountains in the am and Northern Lights in the pm.
