Do you know from "The Rock"? He was the TD for Newfoundland & Labrador's first ever CWE last year and is back in the saddle again this year

Meet , TD for TWO Canadian Women's Events: Spring? Doubles? in Orillia and Abbey Gardens Open in June. Victoria is also a member of the CWE Committee and owner of FR Disc Golf.
How long have you been an event TD?
I've been a TD since 2021. I've ran 2 CWEs each year since the beginning and was one of the founding CWE committee members too.
Share a memory from the first disc golf event you competed in:
My first tournament was at a course that hasn't existed for about 10 years called "Farmview" in Queensville just outside of Newmarket, Ontario. The tournament was $25 and it included a BBQ and a bonfire that had a fridge with cold beer in it near the fire pit. My first sanctioned tournament was the Sandy Hollow Open multiple years later. The first women's tournament I played in I didn't have a bag yet so I carried all my discs in a picnic basket. At the end of the event, one of the ladies gave me a backpack.
What do you enjoy most about women's disc golf?
I love the camaraderie and the support for other women players; it's unmatched! There are so many amazing leaders in the women's disc golf community and everyone is open to working together and creating something amazing in a collaborative way.
