Yoga Class Schedule Change‼️🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

Please note: The 7pm class has moved back to Wed night at 7. There will no longer be a Thursday evening class.
🦋 Mondays we practice at Shkagamik-Kwe Community Centre at noon. FREE 💯

All other classes are held at the Millennium Center in Capreol at 24 Meehan St

A really great evening at the Wellness Fair at the Capreol Arena. Thank you to the Capreol Nurse Practitioner's Clinic for putting it together, and everyone who stopped by to see us. Also a big thank you to Dale Burden for assisting. 🙏
