After 7 years of incredible memories in this beautiful Beckwith home, James and I have decided it’s time for the next chapter.

This place has been such a gift, from quiet mornings spotting wildlife in our backyard to long walks on our private trails with the dogs.

Every season brought something special.

But life has taken us on a beautiful new adventure.

Between our camper weekends and our winters in Costa Rica, we’ve realized our hearts are calling us elsewhere.

We’re ready to downsize and embrace this nomadic lifestyle fully, and we want someone else to fall in love with this home the way we have.

I stopped offering prepared meals and cooking classes over a year ago, and with the costs of keeping it running and a new chapter ahead, it felt like the right time to let it go.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it for a while, but things have gotten clearer and I'm excited about where I'm headed!

Doors are officially open for my next Luxury Escape… and we’re going to Nicaragua.

When James and I visited earlier this year, we had no expectations — and it completely blew us away.

Think empty white sand beaches, warm ocean water, monkeys in the trees, fiery sunsets, and incredible fresh food. Halfway through the trip I said, “This has to be our next retreat location.” So we made it happen.

Here’s what the week will look like:
