Did you know that at least 75% of Saskatchewan farmers are affected by stress and don't know the signs?
As we roll into the busy harvest and back-to-school season make sure to make your own health and wellness a priority.
Did you know you that you can call if you are:
-an agricultural worker
-a family member of an agricultural worker
-a community member concerned about the wellbeing of someone in Saskatchewan agriculture
You can call about yourself or if you are concerned about someone else.
The people you connect with on the other end are trained to address:
-mental health
-family conflict
-domestic violence

-financial struggles
-and so many more topics
