A good reminder that race prep isn’t only about horsepower, suspension and lap times — sound limits matter too.

During the Calgary Motorcycle Roadracing Association weekend at Rocky Mountain Motorsports , Brian Pealow and the new Krämer Motorcycles was black flagged for exceeding the track’s noise limit while running the short side-dump outlet. The tech sticker came off, which meant the bike wasn’t going back on track until the problem was fixed.

We checked sound levels before and after fitting an RP Tuning_Robert Pokorný slip-on, and the difference was obvious. The added muffler helped bring the bike back into a much more manageable range and got us back to racing.

Huge thank you to Steven O'Brien and Grace O'Brien for donating his slip-on exhaust so we could salvage the weekend. That’s the kind of paddock support that makes this sport what it is.
