It is with a mixture of sadness and excitement for the future that Urban Sunrise Health and Fitness announces that as of April 30, 2024 I will be closing the doors and moving on to new challenges and adventures.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Urban Sunrise along the way, and included me in your fitness goals. I wish everyone the best and hope you have fun on your healthy and active journeys.
