It’s the quiet steps forward. The small wins. The belief you hold onto even when everything feels dark. That’s what opens the door to something greater even when you can’t see it yet.
Let go of the vices that keep pulling you back from the life you’re meant to live. Put yourself in situations where growth is your only option. Recognize the patterns that keep you stuck and build your plan to rewire them one choice at a time.
Instead of talking about it, use that energy to actually start becoming it. This is how I’ve been connecting with the version of myself that’s been waiting so long to come alive.
At the end of the day, no one’s coming to hand it to you. It’s on you to make it real. And the more you lean in, the more it feels like you’re signing a whole new lease on life.

Damn it’s been a bit of a wild ride lately, so here’s the truth..
To keep it short, my 4 year relationship with one of the most amazing humans I’ve ever met just ended. I currently have no place to live 20 days from now. The last few days I’ve been staring at the ceiling questioning everything.
But when I woke up today, even when my world felt flipped upside down.. I realized that when you have nothing to lose, you start to see that you have everything to gain.
So I laced up my shoes, got back to my roots in nature with Jack and I said to myself that this might just be the start of a great story.
Maybe this is everything I’ve been needing.
Maybe that’s the beauty of it.
Maybe it’s time to turn that pain into purpose.
At the end of the day, you just gotta find a way to keep that smile on your face and be grateful for everyday you open your eyes.
Thank you to everyone for the support and for being on this rollercoaster ride with me the last few years. Honestly don’t know where I’d be without you.
Here’s to the next chapter 🤝

The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit. Be patient, keep watering it.
Be yourself, not a reflection of someone else.
Don’t ever let someone talk you out of something that you think would make you happy.
When someone can’t do something themselves, they want to tell you that you can’t do it. Don’t listen to those people.
All of the work you’re putting in that no one else sees will always pay off in the end.
Fears, doubts, anxiety.. it’s all part of the plan making you stronger each day.
When you think too much, you create problems that weren’t even there in the first place.
The world rewards those who are grateful for what they have and chase their dreams.
Everything you want comes from within, trust yourself and speak your mind.

“I have not seen 163 lbs on the scale in over 20 years. I cried. I cannot thank you enough for your coaching and your encouragement. There is no way I would have made it this far without you.”
What a journey it’s been with my client Carolyn.. I honestly don’t know where to start.
When she first reached out, she was tired of living the same old cycle. She’d lose some weight, then gain it back. She’d work out for a bit, then fall off again. She felt stuck in her own body and was so ready for a change.
Fast forward to today, she didn’t just lose 38 pounds, she completely transformed from the inside out.
Through stressful weeks, moments of doubt, shoulder pain, the days that pulled her off track, we always found a way to adapt her plan and keep moving forward together.
The wins along the way have been truly endless. Clothes fitting better, lower stress, consistent energy, leading by example in her family, her daughter joining her on some of her workouts, and her physiotherapist couldn’t believe how much stronger she’d gotten and the progress she’s made.
Losing 38 pounds is incredible but the real transformation is in her mindset, her discipline, the belief she rebuilt in herself that she will carry with her forever.
And the best part is that we’re just getting started. I cant wait to continue this journey with her. Let’s go! 🙌🏼

I can honestly say for the first time in a long time I finally feel like me again. Grounded, motivated, ready to continue chasing my dream.
I’ve always been the type of person who lets everything pile up in my head until I hit a breaking point, then I lose myself and my direction in the process.
But I got tired of that same old story.
So for the first time in probably 4 years (since starting my business) I had the opportunity to slow down a bit and focus solely on the things that were holding me back mentally.
I got help and hired a mentor/therapist. I stopped running from my problems. I started doing the real inner work so I could actually feel like the best version of myself inside, not just on the outside.
My biggest takeaway from the last couple months of doing this inner work is this: battling your mind and mental health is not a life sentence…
It’s just a sign that you’ve outgrown the version of yourself you’re still trying to live in.
The world isn’t against you, the world wants to see you smile. You just have to realign with who you are now, to who you’re here to become.
Because you can’t build a life you love, if you’re constantly trying to escape the one you’re in.
It’s good to be back.
Good things comin 💪🏼

180 days, 180 workouts..
Minimum 30 minutes a day of either walking, lifting or hiking it didn’t matter what it was, I just had to move every day.
80% of my meals were whole foods and protein focused. The other 20% was burgers, beers, whatever I felt like. Some weeks were messier than others but I kept it real and kept showing up.
This wasn’t about chasing a “summer body” because I’ve done that many times before and that mission only lasts so long.
The truth is, I’ve just never been good with rest days. Every time I’d take a couple off, it felt like I had to fight my way back. And my mental health always took a hit.
I got tired of that feeling. So I figured why not just go every day and avoid it altogether.
It took a bit to settle in and a lot of days sucked but honestly I’ve never felt better. More energy. More confidence. Stronger. Mentally way better too.
And yeah, I look different but what I feel every day from this is what really matters.
It gave me a reason to feel proud of myself every single day. That’s what made the biggest difference.
Working out and cleaning up your diet might not fully fix depression, stress, anxiety, addiction, or whatever else you’re carrying but it’s pretty damn close to the cure.
I’m excited to keep this train rolling 💪🏼

A week where the balance finally felt just right..
Some of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. Sold out the 6-week summer challenge. Welcomed a bunch of new faces into the program. Long-term clients killing it. Birthdays, good convos, simple moments.
Just sittin here on a Sunday feeling thankful man.
I’m fired up to head into the new week ahead and I hope you are too. Take the step you’ve been holding back on. Keep dreaming. Keep building. We only get one shot at this. Might as well go all in.
Let’s keep it rollin!
