Always have fun while you workout. Under the guide of a professional, speak up if a certain exercise is particularly boring for you. You can find a much more enjoyable one which will have the same results.
When we donโt like what we are doing, stress levels increase, cortisol increases and that makes reaching our goals more difficult. Plus, the load on our mental health is greater. ๐คฏ๐ญ
So always make sure you HAVE FUN, because this is the most important thing! ๐๐
