🐾❤️ Supporting the PEI Humane Society at the 2026 RBC Strongman Corporation Canada Atlantics! ❤️🐾
We’re proud to announce that the 2026 RBC Strongman Corporation Canada Atlantics will be accepting donations for the PEI Humane Society throughout the event.
The PEI Humane Society is the Island’s only shelter for homeless, injured, and lost companion animals, helping over 1,600 animals each year through adoption services, emergency housing, lost and found services, animal welfare investigations, and more.
In addition to collecting donations from spectators, athletes, sponsors, and supporters, Island Strength & Power and the RBC Strongman Corporation Canada Atlantics will also be making a donation to help support their important work in our community.
Every dollar makes a difference and helps provide care, shelter, and a second chance for animals in need.

🔥 EVENT 5 – KEG CARRY INTO POWER STAIRS 🔥
The final event of the RBC Strongman Corporation Canada Atlantics 2026 will test speed, conditioning, grip, and grit.
Athletes will race against the clock, carrying two kegs 25 feet before taking on the power stairs with two heavy power pins. Every second counts, and split times will be recorded.
⏱️ Time Limit: 60 Seconds
🔹 Event Rules:
• Carry two kegs 25ft over the finish line
• Carry two power pins up 3 stairs (12” high)
• Kegs must be completed lightest to heaviest
• Pins must be completed lightest to heaviest
• Kegs must be dropped standing upright completely over the line
• Pins must be fully placed on the top stair
• Split times will be taken
✅ Allowed Equipment:
• Belt
• Knee sleeves
• Wrist wraps
• Elbow sleeves
• Chalk
❌ Not Allowed:
• Tacky or sticky substances
• Straps

🔥 EVENT 4 – FINGAL’S FINGERS FOR REPS 🔥
Think you’ve got the power, technique, and conditioning to dominate one of strongman’s most iconic events?
Athletes will have 60 seconds to flip the Fingal’s Finger as many times as possible. Every rep counts, and endurance will be just as important as strength when the clock starts ticking.
Rules:
▪️ Athlete starts with both hands on the implement
▪️ Athlete may not rest the finger on their shoulder or head
▪️ Most successful flips at the end of 60 seconds wins
Allowed Equipment:
▪️ Belt
▪️ Knee sleeves or wraps
▪️ Wrist wraps
▪️ Elbow sleeves
▪️ Chalk
▪️ Gloves
Not Allowed:
❌ Tacky or sticky substances

Overhead power meets endurance at the 2026 Strongman Corporation Canada Atlantics!
Athletes will battle through an axle, log, and keg press medley, completing one successful rep on each implement before moving on to accumulate as many reps as possible before time runs out.

25 feet never felt so long.
Athletes will battle through a brutal back-and-forth test of strength, speed, conditioning, and pain tolerance at the 2026 Strongman Corporation Canada Atlantics.

➡️ Zercher carry the yoke 25ft
➡️ Sprint back and carry the sandbag 25ft over the yoke
⬅️ Zercher carry the yoke back 25ft
⬅️ Sprint back and carry the sandbag 25ft over the yoke again
Both implements start and finish side-by-side.
Fastest time wins.
