Charlottetown Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Society is pleased to announce a complimentary Introductory Program for those interested in exploring Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This series is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the core principles and fundamental techniques of the sport.

Program Highlights:
•Running the first Sunday of every month at 12:30pm.
• Open to all individuals, regardless of age, prior experience, or current fitness level.
• No pre-registration or prior commitment is required.

We invite you to join our training environment and discover the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu firsthand.

First session is Sunday May 3rd at 12:30pm.
45 minute session.
Please wear athletic wear and bring a water bottle.
