Eleanor Gallant, CYA-RTA trained at the Yoga Studio College of Canada in Calgary, which focused on Iyengar style Yoga and is an insured teacher with the Yoga Alliance of Canada. Her continued Yoga Studies have included Mysore Yoga and teaching those over 50 years of age. She taught Yoga In Calgary before returning to her home in Cornwall PEI where she teaches at Health Within Holistics.
Gentle Yoga is being offered at Health within Holistics in the fall of 2018. Every Thursday morning at 10: 30 a.m. Located on 99 Pownal Street, third floor. Please see their website. Drop in rates reasonable.

This class offers a slower paced Yoga practice that will incorporate gentle poses with stretching as well as breathing basics to tone the body, build strength, and improve flexibility. Yoga has been called the “elixir of youth” because of its ability to make the body feel more alive.
