To our wonderful volunteer chaperones, thank you for caring for our dancers with such kindness and patience throughout the weekend. 🥰

💗 To our passionate instructors, thank you for the countless hours, energy, and heart you pour into your classes each and every week. To our dedicated demonstrators, your willingness to give back and support the next generation of dancers never goes unnoticed. Looking for a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout?

Introducing **Cardio Choreo** — a high-energy fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, and choreographed movement for a full-body workout that’s actually fun.

Don’t worry — this isn’t about being the best dancer in the room. Each routine is designed to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. Some songs will have slower, strength-focused movements, while others will bring the energy with upbeat cardio-driven choreography.

💪 Squats, lunges, arms, core & cardio
🎵 A mix of high-energy and slower-paced routines
⏰ Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
☕ Plenty of time to get your workout in and still make it to work!

One week ago today, our Performance Stream teams took the stage for Assemblé alongside the incredibly talented dancers of Atlantika Dance, and what an incredible evening it was! 🩰💫

The passion, talent, strength, dedication, teamwork, and most importantly, the friendships that grew from this experience made the show truly special. Watching these dancers share the stage and celebrate their love of dance together was something beautiful to witness. 🤍

We are incredibly proud of every dancer who shared their artistry on stage and all the hard work they put into bringing this performance to life 👏✨

- Flower prepping Friday June 12th to ensure we are all set for the shows over the weekend - prep will begin at 10am
- Flower sales June 13th or 14th - if helping with flower sales before shows, please arrive 1hr before the show

👥 Backstage chaperoning
- Chaperones to help keep an eye on all the kiddos during dress rehearsal & show
