This week we talk about stability ball dead bugs! This exercise is designed to help build core strength and ensure proper bracing technique. The addition of the stability ball allows for active contraction of the core muscles for a more intense core engagement.

Reminders:
🐞keep your toes flexed toward you the whole time
🐞keep your lower back in contact with the ground
🐞squeeze the ball to maintain activation

We have a few positions opening up for our StrongHER program beginning next Tuesday June 2nd.

This program is tailored for women who have never been in a gym setting or are early into their training and are looking to build strength and technique to have confidence in a gym setting!

The sessions are led by our StrongHER coach who will modify exercises as needed and provide home programming to keep you building your progress outside the gym!
