Wanna isolate the abdominals in a short amount of time? Try this exercise!

This comes from one of my 20-minute abs-focused online workouts and as a stand-alone exercise, it’s perfect when you’re short on time!

It’s a combination of “push and pull” movement and the resistance of pushing into your thigh makes it very efficient! Think big benefit with fewer reps…

I’m using a Pilates mini-ball but you can just simply use your hand to press into your thigh.

Interested in Pilates Reformer training?

The Reformer is a spring-based Pilates machine (in fact, Pilates actually started with the Reformer!), which focuses on controlled movement, and works on core, spinal, hip and shoulder strength & mobility and offers so many physical benefits for all levels and ages.

We are planning and Introductory class in June and July and are now creating a class list.

Maybe summer is a great time for you to now sign up for class….Teachers I’m talking to you!

Ladies…

Strength training doesn’t mean s**t if you don’t combine it with some form of mobility training.

If you don’t have decent movement in your hips, knees, ankles, shoulders and spine, then how are you gonna to bend down and pick something heavy up anyway?!

We tried this move in Pilates mat class yesterday with pretty good success all around…

Give it a shot… and if you’re having trouble then maybe it’s time to check out what Pilates can do for you.

Spinal health and flexibility is KEY for healthy movement all around!

We got Pilates Mat class at 9am and Essential Reformer at 10am tomorrow!

Gonna be cool and cloudy so come spend some time warming up with me…
