Meet Abby MacDonald. Over a year ago Abby suddenly lost her ability to walk, talk, eat and lives in constant pain. After countless doctors and hospitals she was diagnosed with a rare disease Functional Neurological Disorder. She has been working hard to make her come back and has recently added strength training back in to her life. Watching her accomplishments with every workout amazes me, humbles and motivates me and many others.
