A little Throw Back Thursday! Sometimes we have to look back to recognize how far we’ve come and see where we can improve!
In 2015 we started out at Prosper Center with the help of and Xceed Training. Revive Total Fitness probably wouldn’t exist without the help and guidance of Paul!
After the rink, we moved to a nice 900 square foot location on South Sumas. We had carpet for flooring and low ceilings! It was a great place for 1.5 years until we were able to solidify our current location on Progress Way!
After 2 and a bit years we have had some fun! We have real gym flooring, 2800 square feet of space, and enjoying the opportunity to help more women reach their health goals each day!
With COVID-19 we’ve had to make some adjustments, but hey, it may end up being for the better!! Thank you to all who have helped and been a part of the journey!!

Stop making excuses. Acknowledge that you’re making a choice. Don’t feel like you need to justify your choice; some days you just cannot push through and that is OK!
Today was heavy hamstring and glute day. I knew the moment I went home, the couch was going to be my best friend. So I made a choice, regardless of how I felt, that I was going to walk to strip by my work once before I called it a day!
I could have made a ton of excuses, but excuses change nothing. If you make a decision stand by your decision; don’t come up with reasons why you made that choice! Today I chose to move more, tomorrow I may not...guilt free!

Studio is almost ready for you ladies!! In addition to extensive sanitization we have created designated zones to guarantee social distancing regardless of where you are in your zone!! Excited to get started June 1st!

EXCITING NEWS!!! While we have been given authority to open May 19th, Revive Total Fitness has decided to push that date until June 1st so that we can get everything up to code for guidelines we were provided with today!!
We are so excited to see your faces and start training again!!

First river walk in WEEKS!! So pumped to have there for my daily coffee fix! 😍☕️
We are extremely blessed to have the weather that we do in BC. With gym and fitness studio closures it’s a great time to get outdoors and enjoy days likes these!

Be kind to yourself. Every day is not going to be perfect. You’re not always going to get your goal steps, hit your personal best on your lifts, or eat the perfectly balanced meals.

When it comes to your health it’s not about being perfect. It’s about the effort you’re putting in each day! Giving 💯 of what’s in your tank on each given day; and some days your tank may only be half full! Making sure that your excuse list isn’t being used to prevent you from your progress.

Strive for progress not perfection. Progress can be made even during your “failing days”. Learning from mistakes and making wiser choices the next time! Don’t give up on yourself when you have a bad day, learn from it and move on!

8,000 steps is better than none. Choosing to walk rather than run is better than a couch. Having one drink rather than 3 is a victory. Doing half a workout is better than throwing in the towel! Consistency over perfection!

You’ll hear us say a thousand times over, “consistency is key”! We are finished week 5 of self isolation and gym closures, how consistent have you been with your eating habits and activity level?

People often use the excuse “I don’t have time”. With social events cancelled, work having less hours, and kids sporting or music activities cancelled, how have you managed your time?

We want to encourage you to track your activity levels and food intake. It’s very easy during these times to fall into bad habits! Keeping a journal is essential to keeping yourself accountable!

I remember when getting mail use to be fun and exciting! This piece of mail brings sadness and frustration! Closure of gyms is extended until end of May 😢. I’m at a loss for words!
