🇨🇦 Remembrance Day 🇨🇦

Today, we pause in gratitude and reflection to honour all those who have served and sacrificed for Canada’s freedom and peace — past and present.

From the fields of Europe to the mountains of Korea and beyond, Canadian soldiers have stood with courage and compassion, defending not only our nation but the values of freedom and human dignity around the world.

We hold deep respect and gratitude for the Canadians who served in the Korean War (1950–1953). Their bravery helped protect the Korean people during a time of great hardship, and their actions created a lasting bond of friendship between Canada and Korea — a connection we feel deeply at Baek’s Taekwondo Academy.

As we train in a martial art born from Korea and live in the peace that Canadian soldiers helped preserve, we remember their sacrifices with humble hearts.

🕊️ There will be no classes today as we take time to remember and reflect.

We remember.
We are grateful.
Lest we forget.
