Teaching The Community of Chilliwack B.C. the Art of Uechi Ryu Karate. An Okinawan style of Karate that is still heavily influenced by it's Chinese roots.
Very effective art for self defence, as it has maintained its traditional style of training for self defence as opposed to sport.

Was great to meet up with old friends today at Sensei Ryan Birds friendship Kata tournament. Didn’t manage to get a photo with Sensei Norm Losier. Was great to see you as well Norm.
