😂 Before anyone comes for me...

No, I don’t think your 9–5 is the problem.

No, I don’t think having a mortgage means you can’t live your purpose.

This isn’t about your job, I t’s about the story. The story that exhaustion is a badge of honour. That burnout means you’re successful. That your dreams can wait until “one day.”

That you’ll finally start living when the kids are older, when you’ve made enough money, when you retire, when life calms down...

What if “later” is the biggest lie we’ve been sold?

Your dharma isn’t always about quitting your job and moving to Bali.

Sometimes it’s bringing more of yourself into the life you already have.

Sometimes it’s having the difficult conversation.

Sometimes it’s starting the business.

Sometimes it’s setting a boundary.

Sometimes it’s simply admitting that the life you’re living no longer fits the person you’re becoming.

I don’t think we’re here just to survive until Friday.

I think we’re here to build a life we don’t need to escape from.

👇 What’s one dream you’ve been telling yourself you’ll do “one day”?

Your students are not looking for perfection🧘🏼‍♀️

They are looking for presence🩷

Perfect teaching creates distance.
Honest teaching creates connection.

Embodied leadership is not about having all the answers- it’s about being willing to stay real in the process.

Because students don’t learn from perfection.
They learn from what is embodied, lived, and human😌✨

The yoga industry doesn’t need another copy.

It doesn’t need another teacher using the same captions, teaching the same cues, or trying to fit into someone else’s version of what a yoga teacher should be.

For years we’ve been taught that success comes from following the blueprint. Copy the leaders. Use the trending audio. Say what everyone else is saying. Blend in just enough to belong.

But your greatest strength isn’t how well you can imitate someone you admire.

It’s your lived experience.

It’s the heartbreak you’ve survived. The mistakes you’ve made. The lessons you’ve learned. The conversations you’ve had. The students you’ve supported. The life you’ve lived.

That’s the part no one else can replicate.

People don’t connect because you’re perfect. They connect because you’re real.

If you’re constantly trying to sound like your mentors, your own voice never has a chance to be heard.

Your students aren’t looking for another copy.

They’re looking for someone they can trust.

And trust is built when you stop performing and start telling the truth.

✨ What part of yourself have you been hiding because it doesn’t look like everyone else’s version of a yoga teacher?

You are always becoming something.

Not just through what you teach- but through how you lead, how you hold space, and how you care for your own nervous system in the process.

Embodiment is not what you teach.
It’s what you consistently practice.

This is your invitation to notice:
not just what you’re building but who you’re becoming while building it🩷

Join us at the Embodied Leadership Retreat.

Yoga is not confined to a physical space.

It does not require a shared room, a shared mat, or a shared city.

What matters is presence.
Not proximity.

Teaching online is still teaching yoga if there is intention, awareness, and connection.

The method changes.
The essence does not🧘🏼‍♀️

I thought starting a yoga business would teach me how to run a business. Instead... it taught me how to know myself.
- Every launch taught me something about fear.
- Every price increase taught me something about worth.
- Every difficult conversation taught me something about boundaries.
- Every “no” taught me something about resilience.
- Every mistake taught me something about humility.
- Every success taught me something about receiving.

Some of my greatest lessons had nothing to do with marketing. They had everything to do with me. That’s why I no longer see entrepreneurship as just a way to earn a living. I see it as one of the most honest paths of self-study I’ve ever walked. Because your business doesn’t care who you pretend to be.
It responds to who you actually are.
It amplifies your patterns.
It reveals your blind spots.
It shines a light on the places where you’re still waiting for permission.
And while that can be uncomfortable...
it’s also incredibly freeing. Once you become aware that you have a choice, you can keep repeating the pattern... or you can grow beyond it.

✨ Your business isn’t just asking you to make more money.
It’s asking you to become the leader your vision deserves.

That’s what we’ll be exploring together at Embodied Leadership this November in Costa Rica.
Not just how to grow a business...
How to grow yourself.
Because the two are inseparable.

We are living in an era of constant input.

More learning. More information. More access.

But information alone does not change behavior.

Integration does.
Integration requires pause. Practice. Repetition. Embodiment✨

Without it, knowledge stays in the mind but never reaches the body.

Transformation happens when what you know becomes how you live🌸

An audience can give you visibility.

But trust is what sustains everything.

You can have reach without connection.
You can have followers without relationship.
You can be seen without being believed in.

Yoga asks us to move away from performance metrics and toward relational depth.

Because people don’t stay for content.
They stay for trust🩷

I know this one might sting a little...
AND, I hope it lands with love. Because I’ve lived it too. For years, I hid behind “getting ready.”

One more course.
One more certification.
One more website update.
One more reason to wait.
Yet, the truth was... I wasn’t preparing, I was protecting myself.

Protecting myself from criticism, rejection, being seen.
And while I was hiding... there were people out there looking for exactly what I had to offer.

That realization changed everything.
If teaching yoga is your dharma...
then visibility becomes part of your practice. Not because it’s about followers. Because it’s about connection.

Someone can’t say yes to your retreat...
your class...
your mentorship...
or your support...
if they don’t know you exist.

Visibility isn’t ego, it’s accessibility.
And sometimes the most loving thing you can do...
is let yourself be seen.

✨ The world doesn’t need another perfect yoga teacher. It needs an authentic one.

🌴 If you’re ready to stop hiding and start leading, come join us for Embodied Leadership this November.

Let’s build the confidence to share your gifts with the people who need them most.
