💫 We met the most incredible wellness practitioners and vendors, and felt so much genuine connection all day.

🙏 Thank-you to everyone who came out to support and the organizers for organizing such a beautiful heart led event!

September is bringing a fun + FREE morning for the mamas & their littles! 🩷✨

MAMA + BABY: YOGA FOR A CAUSE

Join us for a morning of movement, motherhood + community at Bridgewater Yoga. This gentle Mama + Baby yoga class is designed for you to move, breathe and connect…with your little one right alongside you. 👶🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

This class is donation-based, with all donations supporting local mamas in need through The Nest Centre. Diapers, wipes, baby food, new clothing + other baby essentials are welcome!

And make a morning of it! ☕️ Before yoga, join Mothertide + Moms Niagara for their weekly Mom Walk at 10AM, grab a coffee at Catalina Kim then head over for yoga at 11AM.
