Ben and I are starting our own 75 Day Challenge tomorrow, and we figured… why not invite our Rep Room + spin community to do it with us?!

For the next 75 days, we’re committing to:

•30 min of indoor exercise — 6×/week
•30 min of outdoor exercise — 6×/week
•Read 10 pages of a book OR journal — every day
•Stay in a calorie deficit + track macros + focus on whole foods
•No alcohol
