A few ground rules: No glitter, sparkles, face paint or fake blood. Keep costumes safe, comfortable and ready to move!

BUCKEYE BOUND.

Congratulations to Maeve Aird on her commitment to The Ohio State University to play NCAA Division I women’s hockey.

An incredible milestone built on years of hard work, discipline, and dedication.

In her commitment announcement, Maeve shared a special message recognizing IGNITE owner Dennis Sicard:

Modified weekend schedule:
Saturday: 8am
Sunday: 8am *no kids classes
Monday: 8am & 9am

Come for the lifts, stay for the gravy… we mean gains 😉

HYROX Toronto weekend called for a little HYROX-inspired action at IGNITE.🔥

One station at a time. Wall balls, running, burpee broad jumps, lunges, skierg, rowerg, sleds… and a crew that SHOWED UP.😮‍💨😅

A little sweat. A lot of grit. And the kind of energy you only get when this crew comes together.

And for our IGNITE athletes taking on HYROX Toronto this weekend… IT’S YOUR TURN.

Today, we take time to listen, learn and reflect.🧡

On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children who never returned home, Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities.

As a local business, we also recognize our neighbours at Alderville First Nation and the importance of continuing to listen, learn and reflect on the path toward reconciliation.

Alderville First Nation is inviting the community to walk alongside them today. The walk begins at 11:00am, with participants meeting at 10:45am at Health & Social Services, 8467 County Road 45.

Today is a day for remembrance, reflection and learning.

100 classes. 16 lbs down. And a whole lot stronger.🔥

But the number only tells part of Crystal’s story.

It’s the showing up. The extra rep when you thought the tank was empty. The coaches pushing you. The people beside you cheering you on. The laughs between sets. And realizing somewhere along the way that training became something you actually look forward to.

100 classes later, she said it best:
“Lift, chat, laugh, repeat.”
This is what Ignite is all about.
