Sensei Shaun Johnson has been training in goju-ryu karate for nearly 30 years and ran his own school for six years in Manitoba. We are now excited to build a new family-friendly club here in our home of Cochrane. Our classes take place in the Cochrane Lion's Club Event Centre

Start in either September or October and get the first 3 months free. It's a fantastic way to improve your fitness. We can accept up to 15 new adults and the same for youth up to 15yrs of age.

Hi Everyone! We updated some of the details on our fundraiser. The location is in Cochrane and the seminars start at 10am. There's been lots of interest so please make sure to sign up in advance. Oh and we decided to throw in a free month of Karate lessons for you or a friend if you sign up for the seminar!

50% of all the fees we collect from these seminars will go to Big Hill Haven Women's Shelter. We want to use our knowledge to raise money for a good cause! These are skills all women should have. Come on out and gain some valuable experience. If the dates fill up then we'll add more.
