Footstock is Cochrane's longest running race event. This year, the race is held Sunday, May 31st, 2026.
The race features scenic routes along the Bow River and includes a Kids' Triathlon,3k, 5k, 10k and a 18k relay/solo race.

Our little Footstockers absolutely crushed it last week! Despite the rain, they were total troopers from start to finish. We are so incredibly proud of every single one of them. Still not over how amazing this past weekend was!

Today we’re incredibly proud of our Sunset Ridge Dental runners who took on the 18K relay in absolutely pouring rain! 🌧️🏃♀️🏃♂️
Despite the downpour, every participant showed determination, teamwork, and amazing spirit by pushing forward and completing their runs. Weather may have soaked the course, but it definitely didn’t dampen the energy or commitment of everyone involved.
A huge congratulations to all the runners and participants today — your perseverance was inspiring! 👏💙
