An hour of yoga therapy
that begins flat on your back
and ends on your feet.

We settle first with a restorative shape
and long guided rest.
Then layer in breath, gentle tapping,
self massage, mindful movement for the joints,
and balance work to close.

You’ll leave steadier than you came,
+ ready for coffee.
