Today we had our Fit Club, and the workout was Strength & Conditioning 💪🔥

Why do our members participate in a 10-Day Online Marathon while already attending the Weight Loss Challenge and visiting our club?
Because the club doesn’t end when they walk out the door!
Our online marathon provides an extra layer of daily support, education, motivation, and accountability. It turns our in-person community into a 24/7 online support system where members learn, stay connected, have fun, and work toward their goals alongside like-minded people.
Most importantly, no one is left alone with their refrigerator when they get home! 😄
We continue guiding our members every step of the way because real results are much easier to achieve when you feel supported.

Congratulations to our amazing Zina on such a fantastic start! 🎉
Just three days after joining our community, she is down 2.1 lbs, reduced her body fat by 2.7%, increased her muscle mass by 1.4%, lowered her biological age by one year, and lost a total of 9.5 cm!
This is only the beginning, and the results already speak for themselves.
